Heating & Cooling

We do HVAC too.

New installations, retrofits, air handler & RTU (rooftop unit) installations, VRF  (variable refrigerant flow) system installations.

A lot of HVAC companies can do those things.

But it gets even better – keep going.

Innovation

Because “that’s the way we’ve always done it” is not good enough.

Why not build the whole project in 3D on the computer to the exact dimension before we ever start?

Why not use those exact dimensions and surveying equipment to lay out a project instead of estimating with string lines and tape measures?

Why not see how Google Glass can work for us?  (Okay, that experiment didn’t quite work out, but we see the potential!)

Not everything that is new and shiny is going to make us more efficient, safer, more accurate, and so on, but that won’t stop us from trying!

Efficiency

Wouldn’t it be nice if:

You could subcontract one company to do plumbing, HVAC and hydronics AND have one project manager as your point of contact for the whole project AND all mechanical systems are coordinated in-house (and with other contractors, if they’re on board) AND you schedule one company AND the company shows up on-site with pre-fabricated pieces, ready to plunk into place AND everything fits AND there are no clashes.

We thought so too.

That’s why we do it.
